What sets us apart is not only our commitment to excellence but also our status as a Veteran-owned company. Our owner, a former Marine Corps service member, served two deployments during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), embodying values of discipline, dedication, and precision in all that we do.
Born and raised in Cabin John, MD, our owner, Scott Saling, was exposed to the construction world from a young age. His father, a seasoned construction business owner, and his mother, a certified Kitchen designer and member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, instilled in him a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and design. Following his father’s footsteps, Scott joined the Marine Corps in 2006, where he served during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Upon his return, Scott pursued higher education, earning his degree from the University of Maryland in 2014. In a bid to gain a comprehensive understanding of the home buying process, he embarked on a journey as a Mortgage Loan officer, diving into the logistics of the banking side of real estate.
After four years of polishing his skills in the mortgage business and a lifetime dedicated to learning the art of construction, Scott ventured into entrepreneurship. He founded his construction and real estate business, driven by a deep-seated desire to share his wealth of knowledge and expertise with his cherished family, friends, and customers.
